Here's the story...
The Little Piglet Bakery began when I was in my senior year at Goshen College. As a college student, I was always looking for ways to make some more dough (Haha! See what I did there??) and had the idea to take my passion for baking, and turn it into a small business. At college, my business was met with so much support and success that I decided to relocate it to Texas with me.
When it came to naming my business, my childhood nickname (Piglet) was my inspiration and I landed on The Little Piglet Bakery.
As a vegan myself, I understand the struggle of having dietary restrictions that make it challenging to find delicious, fresh baked goods. I strive to make delicious vegan goodies that can be enjoyed by almost everyone. All of my products are vegan (meaning no eggs, dairy or meat) and I even have gluten free options!
