Now Hiring: Live-On Ranch Hand – EquiPoint Equestrian (Pilot Point, TX)MUST BE LEGAL TO WORK IN USAEquiPoint Equestrian, the fastest-growing hunter jumper program in Texas, is expanding our team and seeking a full-time Live-On Ranch Hand to support our rapidly growing facility. This position includes on-site housing and requires an experienced, dependable individual to assist with horse care, facility maintenance, and daily ranch operations.Job Responsibilities:-
Daily care of horses, including feeding, watering, and stall cleaning

Turnout, blanketing, and basic horse handling
-
General ranch maintenance, including mowing, fence repairs, and equipment upkeep

Arena maintenance – dragging, watering, and upkeep of footing
-
Operating tractors and basic farm equipment for feeding, arena care, and general property maintenance
-
Keeping the barn, paddocks, and surrounding areas clean and organized
-
Assisting trainers and staff with operational needs
Qualifications:-
Must be able to drive a tractor and operate basic farm equipment

Experience working with horses and in a barn/ranch environment

Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various weather conditions
-
Hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Must be available to work weekends
-
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Schedule & Benefits:-
6 days a week, weekends required

One week paid vacation after one year
